OUR DIFFERENCE

Our mission is simple. Provide our clients with high quality legal services. Whether you are a large national client looking to add counsel in your existing legal network, a small business that is seeking to have one stop shopping for all your business's legal service needs, or an injured individual seeking compensation, Tobin & Marohn will strive to provide you with high quality individualized service.

We are large enough and have the resources necessary to serve your legal needs, but small enough to provide you with the personal service you have been seeking. This is the Tobin & Marohn difference.

OUR EXPERIENCE

In 1969 founding partner Joseph M. Tobin, Esq. (1944-2014) began his career as a Creditor's Right's Attorney. Since that time Tobin & Marohn and its progeny have long been a leading Creditor's Rights law firm in the State of Connecticut.

We are proud of our involvement and accomplishments in important creditor's rights decisions. Whether it be the Connecticut Supreme Court's ruling in Sikorsky Financial Credit Union, Inc. v. Butts or Credit One, LLC v. Head, our experience has helped our clients to achieve the results they deserve.

Learn About Credit Unions

Source: www.mycreditunion.gov

Credit unions are financial institutions that are owned by members. In the United States, they are not-for-profits that operate to serve members rather than to maximize profits. On the whole, credit unions typically offer higher savings rates, lower fees, and lower rates on loans. You may be able to join a credit union based on where you live, where you work, where you worship, or your membership in an association.

With more than 98 million members, credit union membership in the United States continues to rise.
